The pricing was not clear upfront at all. I went in thinking it would cost one thing, but by the end the final total was way higher than expected. It really gave me that bait-and-switch feeling, like the real cost was only revealed after I was already committed

I ordered it based on the description, but when it arrived it was far off from what I thought I was getting. The size seemed a bit different than listed, and the material felt kind of cheaper than I expected. The photos also made it look a lot nicer, maybe by quite a bit. i was disappointed.

My baileybox subscription was okay overall, but trying to manage it was more frustrating than I expected. I had to click around for a while before I finally found where to pause it, and the cancel option wasn’t exactly obvious either. Support did get back to me, which I appreciated, but I got a couple of inconsistent answers depending on who I talked to, so that made things more confusing than they needed to be. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it could definitely be a lot simpler.

I ordered two items, but they showed up in totally different colors than what I picked. I reached out to support, and it took way too long to hear back, only for them to not really fix anything. Frustrating overall

The box arrived in good shape, so no issues there. Support was sorta slow to get back to me, though, which made the whole experience feel just okay.

I don’t remember every single thing they had, but I do remember there being a good selection. I found what I needed without much trouble, so overall it worked out well.

I checked out Bailey's Fine Jewelry, but the designs just aren’t my style. A lot of it felt a little outdated and kind of all over the place to me. I was hoping to find something cute or more unique, but nothing really stood out. Based on the overall look, I probably wouldn’t shop there.
